Older limestone downtown, newer everything else

Yes, Sun City Texas is inside our Georgetown coverage. It is not a gated community, so there is nothing to arrange for us to get in. If your street or your association has rules about contractor vehicles or working hours, tell us when you call and we will work to them.
Our HOA asks about the products used on the roof. What do you tell them?
That it is a low-pressure soft wash rather than a pressure wash, that the solution is applied and rinsed rather than blasted, and that planting along the drip line is soaked before and after. If your association wants that in writing before the work, ask and we will put it in writing.
Is the water out here hard enough to spot windows?
Georgetown draws from several surface sources through the Brazos River Authority with groundwater on top, and what arrives at the tap is hard. Where it shows is the overspray line from a sprinkler head: mineral dries onto the glass and stays there, which is why a window here can look dirty a week after it was cleaned.
