Check where your sprinkler heads are pointing before you book anything. If one is hitting glass, no cleaning schedule will keep ahead of it. The fix is a fifteen-degree turn on the head, and it costs nothing.
My house is only twelve years old. Does the roof need doing?
Possibly not, and we would rather tell you that than take the job. Twelve years is young for algae unless the roof is heavily shaded. If there is no visible streaking, there is nothing for us to remove.
There is green growth on the north wall but nowhere else. Why?
Because that wall dries slowest. Growth follows moisture, not dirt, so the shaded elevation goes first every time. Cleaning it works, but if something is holding damp against that wall it will come back on the same schedule.
